SlopeField Problems

A more nuanced problem than the previous example is a slopefield problem where a differential equation is given such as let’s say : dy/dx = 2x – y + 3 and the statement  that y = mx + b + e^(kx) is a solution to the D.E. and  F( 0) = -3.

THEN, FIND THE VALUES OF m, b, and k for which y = mx + b + e^(kx) is a solution to the differential equation (D.E.).

Try it!!! We will have a little fun and solve it together after you try it!

Good luck!!!!
